The Club is pleased to announce that Chris Donnell has signed a new contract until the summer of 2025, with a Club option for a further year.
Donnell joined Fulham last summer from Perth Glory after a successful trial period at Motspur Park. The 20-year-old starred for our Under-21s side during the first half of the season, before spending the rest of the campaign out on loan at Airdrieonians, where he made 16 appearances across all competitions.
The midfielder has captained our Young Whites in both of our games so far this season, with Hayden Mullins’ side getting off to a fantastic start to the new campaign by beating Shrewsbury Town and Reading in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy and PL2 respectively.

After putting pen to paper on his new contract, Chris told fulhamfc.com: “I’m buzzing to sign a new deal and hopefully I can kick on now.
“Last year was a big year for me. I enjoyed spending the first six months of the season here, but then I felt it was right to go out on loan and get some First Team minutes, which I really enjoyed and I learned a lot.
“This year, I want to add numbers to my game and influence the team; whether that’s defensively or going forward with goals and assists.”
