Imani is a central-midfielder who has been at the club since the age of 11, having previously been developed by 'Junior Elite', a youth football club founded by former Under-23s Head Coach Colin Omogbehin.

He enjoys playing slightly higher up the pitch as an attacking-midfielder, with good dribbling ability and a desire to win the ball back quickly.

Imani scored five and assisted four in his 19 Under-18 appearances throughout the 2021/22 season, and also played a small part for the Under-23s.
